Troubleshooting MacOS Catalina Installation
Unable to install or upgrade MacOS Catalina 10.15 An error occurred while running scripts from the package "RecoveryHDMetaDmg.pkg". An error occurred while installing the selected updates. This error normally comes when existing anti-virus or a security application is blocking your MacOS scripts to execute. You can resolve this with following steps. Restart your mac in safe mode and remember to press shift key and keep hold it during boot up. It will open a login screen key in the same as it might ask twice Start your upgrade by going into System Preferences-->Software Update Click Upgrade, it will start downloading the application and installation process will execute During installation it will ask for Agreement, click Accept and click next Click Install It may take 15-20 min and will start several times. Once completed, you should have your MacOS catalina ready to roll.
